1. Get katanas from Mitashi on Jade Island.
2. Find the Bard in the Butsu Village (south) There are a few aggro mobs here. Look for a room with a d (down) exit. Go down and search where you hear a hidden mob singing.
3. Turn in the four katanas for four bard instruments.
